Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@therapened.com  Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or damaged.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
